Honesty. That says it all for me! We have bought 3 cars in last 10 years there and will continue to have all service done there. If they don’t sell it we won’t buy it. Also have sent friends and family there and all good experiences
I was in for my regular oil change and they also checked tires. The nice serviceman even put on my new license plates, which I appreciated because I have no tool to take off the old ones. Everything is explained to me on what was done so I could understand it, thank you.
Someone called me after I did my last email and said I could get 10% off the next service but as yet I have not used the 10% as I did not remember who called me. So please give me your name that called me for the 10% of as I thought the persons name was Kent, but Walt said we did not have a Kent working there. Next time I will write the persons name down that called me.
It took over an hour and a half to get an oil change and tire rotation when I was about the only one in the waiting room. It probably would have been longer if the salesman I bought the car from didn't help. I would recommend this dealer for sales, but am still concerned about the service department. From other dealers I have used someone always goes over the service, but here I just paid and left. I will probably go to a different Chevy dealer next time to compare.
My experience this time was Great. Not sure but is a tire rotation usually done at Service Time? Maybe at an added cost.. I have been getting all my service work done here. but have NEVER had any tire rotations. This statement was on my last repair service about 3 1/2 weeks ago but nothing was mentioned before or after this service job. (Oil change) Just Asking.
