I called on Tuesday to make an appointment and was told it could not be scheduled until Friday. Since it was a malfunction icon that had appeared on my dashboard, I was concerned about the mileage I would be traveling between those two dates, since I live 15 miles out of town. So I was told that I could bring my vehicle in and they would 'work it in'. That happened; I was called at work to authorize the repair before it was done. And I no longer have the malfunction icon to concern me. Thank you!
