I am always treated with respect whatever the concern may be with my vehicle. In this case it was a tire that for the second day was losing air and was being announced on the dash that it down to 24 lbs.. So I drove to the dealership to have it checked out. They gave me an appointment that morning, drove me over to work, and called me when it was completed. The rest is history.
I was in for an oil change. I couldn't sit in lounge because it was full so I sat in the show room. There was a young man I believe was a salesman that was on the phone. There was a lot of cursing and he wasn't quiet about it. A little disturbing. Otherwise wise nice visit and quick service.
Pleased with the overall service, but a bit surprised to find out that my vehicle was out of alignment after having an alignment done in January (1-9-18). Any have driven just over 2000 miles (locally) since this was done. Taking the vehicle back in again today for an alignment check. I am anticipating that there will be no charge for this as we know we haven't driven in conditions that might have caused the vehicle's alignment issue.
I am a long time customer of the Sterling dealership---Bun Austin to Sterling Chevrolet. I have slways felt my best interest was served by the service staff. They answer questions, explain things thoroughly and give me needed options when my budget is too tight. Great people! Good product!
