When an icon came onto the dashboard that showed an oil can and ADD OIL!!!!!!!, I immediately turned around and went to Sterling Chevrolet to address the problem, whatever it was. They were more than accommodating and not only kept my car overnight as it was close to 5:00 p.m., when I arrived, but they also loaned me a vehicle to get home that afternoon. I have always felt that I was valued as a customer by the service personnel. I cannot tell you how many people I have shared my appreciation of their service to my vehicle over the years. This time is just another instance to validate why I continue to buy my vehicle at Sterling Chevrolet to have their service department always taking care of it after the purchase!
I would like to be able to observe the work being done on my vehicle, when I was younger, I did most of the work myself. But the last 5 vehicles that I have bought from this dealer...they have done the work. And I have been very satisfied.
1st Julie confirmed they had my car, and they were going to try and get to it. I replied the next day would be fine. She said Thank you. Next in about 2 hours Jeff called and said the car was ready and gave me a wonderful explanation of what was wrong. When I picked up the car the tow charge was billed to me after it was already paid. The office staff was super friendly & professional at solving the issue. 5 STARS for everyone!!!
in over fifty years of buying vehicles I have never had a better buying experience. The negotiations went very quickly. The paper work was all ready and took a very short time. Onstar was all ready to go and took less than 5 minutes to complete and the salesman gave a helpful and informative update on changes from my last vehicle. Overall I was very, very pleased.
