I thought my dropping my car off on Saturday to have it looked at for hazard light warnings started good but your process is open for RISK because my work order was not handled correctly so there was confusion on where my car was even though it was parked in your lot with my keys inside at service desk, if I hadn't called on Monday it probably would have still been sitting waiting for service, this is not the first time I have had issues like this. Also even though I have "ALL" my cars serviced at this location it doesn't seem to pay because I continue to find problems after service work so what good is it to have this special GM service inspection as nothing is ever found, is this just a pencil wiping? I have no problem with your people as they are very nice but this year alone I have paid over $3,600 in repair work, so why should I keep buying from your location or plan to buy another GM vehicle for my next car or truck???
Vehicle was brought in for a water pump replacement. Water pump still leaked after replacement. Brought vehicle back and service dept. was very accommodating by taking care of gasket replacement quickly and to my satisfaction.
You send me coupons to use for oil change but they expire before my oil change and I cant use them, I spend alot of mo eyes with you people so my husband, I'm not happy about that!!!!other wise everyone is nice
