I think the service group at Sterling Chevy stepped up on what turned out to be a short notice repair/replacement job. I can truly say my car is riding better than it has been for a long time, its not like new but better so I feel safer in driving it then I did. My only complaint is with the GM online service system because it "SUCKS", sorry but it does. I got multiple emails/text message reminders about my service date but nothing went to service dept.???
