Arrived at 9:30am (3/2/21). Left waiting room 11:55am to check with service desk on what they found out about my cruise control and if oil change was completed. Service dept. said your car was done quite awhile ago. He said nobody came for you? Nope! Once he checked on what happened he said follow me and I will take care of you. He apologized and said somebody dropped the ball. I paid my bill and left facility at 12:07pm. Then I looked at the invoice, oil change completed at 10:05am. Also no mention of cruise control being checked out on invoice. I called the sales manager explained to him what happened. He apologized said he would find out what happened and offered a free oil change the next time I come back.
