I had an appointment but arrived early. They had had a cancellation so I was able to have service completed immediately while I waited. When finished, Jeff also relayed to me some future service concerns and gave them to me in writing with estimates of charges, so I can plan ahead. I have found this service department to be a #10 every time! That is why I buy my vehicles at Sterling Chevrolet!
8:00 AM Saturday morning, first appointment and it took 1 hour and 41 minutes for an oil change. Wow! My truck sat outside ready for me to drive away for at least 20 minutes, most likely while the single finger typist was putting the paperwork into the computer, can't this be done by someone after the customer leaves?
A Saturday morning, 8:00 AM, first appointment of the morning and it took 1 hour and 41 minutes for an oil change! That is too long. My truck sat outside and complete for about 25 minutes before I was given the paperwork and the keys. I can not recommend service like this.
It was a wonderful experience as always at Sterling Chevrolet. I was treated with courtesy & informed about all the work that was needed on my Impala. The work was done quickly in a timely manner & completed to my satisfaction.
