The Person at the Service Desk I dealt with was Excellent! very Pleasant Person to deal with! The mechanic (Neil) come and briefly talked with me about the problem. Also Excellent!!!

I have had very positive experiences with the Service manager Julie. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was checked in for my appointment by another service writer and did not experience the same lever of courtesy. Actually, I considered leaving without leaving my car. The work completed quickly and at a fair price.
My 2013 Sonic would not start. It did have certified coverage but ended in April, 5 months earlier. Fortunately it was only the battery, after being towed, it was able to be worked on the same day. I was also able to use a 15% off coupon. All is well, the car was finished the same day. Thank you.
Took truck in for warranty work, left dealership, drove few miles down road headed out of town and hood flew up, they had not closed it after doing service work. When I took it back to have them look at it, Jeff the service manager was very apologetic. When I was leaving dealership, he excused himself from talking with me to go into garage where a verbal altercation between staff was happening. He went through door to shop trying to calm things and mechanic was screaming obscenities at him, using F word several times. I got out of there because it sounded like a fight was coming. Very unprofessional behavior. I definitely checked hood that time before I drove away.
